D-70 PCM cards

I recently purchased a Roland D-70..............but it has no cards at all. Somebody must know who/where sells the U220 series cards. It is my understanding that the following cards are no longer avail: PN-D70-01, PN-D70-02, SN-SPLA-01 and SL-D70-01. I am hoping that someone can provide me with a source for these cards.
