Roland VR09 Patches and sounds

Hello everyone!
My name is Hazem (duh..) and I just got my a VR09.
I'm from Egypt, and in our music we have quarter tones. Is there a way to modify my keybaord to drop the tuning for a certain note?
I think it can be done from a software where I can create sound and export them to the keyboard via USB memory but I';m not sure how to do that.
Lastly, are there any patches available here to download?
