No more Sound on JV-1010 :-(

Hello,

I have a Roland JV-1010 with expanded card "Orchestral".
Was working fine, i bought it second hand but in very good condition.

And one time ... no sound anymore coming from the JV-1010 :-(

No sound from the mono, or stereo jacks on the back side, even no sound from the "phones" jack in the front ....
Even if the volume is on maximum ...
Even if i play demo songs, nothing is received by the mix table, or the ear listeners.

I reset it to factory resets, but nothing changed.

The user manual says in "Troubleshootings" :
"No sound is produced, even when playing back songs.- Is the Rx Switch parameter set to OFF? Set this to ON."

What is this "RX Switch parameter" ? I can find this name only in "troubleshootings", but not elsewere in the manual ...

Any idea to reset something that i dont know to make the sound to come out the jacks ?
Is there a trick to say in the control panel sound "off" or "on" ?

Hi, if a factory reset hasn't worked, have you moved the "computer" switch on the back of the module, by accident?
