EXR-5s Flash ROM factory data restore

Hello to the forum.
For technical reasons (corrupted data), I had to initialize the Flash ROm memory of the EXR-5s and lost all its contents.
At Roland site this data isn't available, unfortunately. Is available just for the EXR-5, which is diferente. Much less styles and songs.
I would like to know if someone can point me to a place where to get this restore data or have a backup file that can share with me to restore the EXR-5s to its factory state, Flash ROM wise.
Unfortunately, the factory restore function present on the keyboard doesn't recover the Flash ROM memory data. Just the USER memory data and other Utilities.
Any help will be appreciated.
