SH-4D: Is it possible to automate the send FX parameters?

I looked in the MIDI implementation chart in the user manual and found no CC details for the send FX parameters (delay, reverb, etc.).

Is it not possible to automate the send FX levels (on the unit itself, or externally via CC)?
