Need Help with Roland RP701 system program update

Hello,

Yesterday I got new Roland RP701, I checked program version in settings [ Ver.1.06 ], I wanted to update it to Ver.1.08.

I did exactly same steps as it described on website:

After coping update file in USB and then sticking in Piano (Port) message appeared: Update file not found.

I also tried to format usb flash drive with piano, but it has not recognized usb flash drive and I got error message 2.

USB flash is completely new I got it yesterday

Can anybody help me?

• What's the capacity of the stick? Generally best rule practice to use smaller ones just in case the drive is *too* large.
• If you can't (first) format the USB stick on the piano itself, it's probably not compatible.
