Pitchbend Stepping

Post by Kristopher »

Greetings, fellow ivory-ticklers!
Just acquired the DS-88 - love it so far. Great features for the price point.

I have a question for you gurus, does anyone know how to change the "range" or "stepping" of the pitchbend stick, per patch? For some patches your pitch bend goes a full octave, for others it's only a full tone.

I have a patch I use but would like more than a full tone pitchbend. The manual is non-helpful on this, and I can't see (or missed) a pitchbend setting in any of the menus.

Thanks for taking the time to help out!

In patch mode, go to Pitch and then Pitchbend range. You can adjust the range up to + or - 4 octaves (which is quite impressive!).

Page 7 of the Parameter Guide refers ( http://www.roland.co.uk/support/by_prod ... als/351037 ).
