EXP sounds

Post by eebadeeb »

How can I load more than 1 collection? When I load a second collection it overwrites the sounds in EXP. Also is there a way to load only selected sounds not the whole collection. I guess one way would be to save the sounds I want from EXP to USER patches.

hey, not fully sure if it's the only way but yes, writing the best ones to the user patches is the way i guess.

There is only one EXPansion memoryslot so you can only load one expansion at a time, and you can not load single sounds from an expansion.

My G5 key sounds dead with the piano sounds from EXP-09 and EXP-04. It is a dull plink sound with no sustain. The original sounds on my DS61 work fine. My midi controller through the DS61 has the same problem so I'm sure it is is a problem with the samples and not a bad key on the DS61.
