save favorite with a transpose setting

On my old keyboard, I could save a favorite layer with it transposed so when I was performing, I would hit the preset key and the sound would be ready to go. I cannot figure out how to do that with my ds88. I can save a sound (dual or superlayered) but the activation and deactivation of the transpose is manual. Does anyone know how this is done or if it can be done? Thanks
Rich

I know nothing about saving layers since I never use it, but another solution would be to edit the patches you use in the layer, change the pitch and save the new "transposed" patches in the user patch memory and then use them in a layer.
Cheers

Gris,
Good thought. So I can edit as many patches as I need for a layered sound, call each patch xxxx, xxxx1, xxxx2, etc and then include those patches into the layered sound I need huh?

Yep that should do it.
