DS: How to turn off lame button animation on idle

In a very dorky/amateurish touch, the DS starts cycling through button lights after X amount of idle time. In case it's not obvious to you, this can be disabled through the System settings, 'Power Save Time' and 'Illumination'. Hallelujah!
