XPS 30 Out of Tune

Post by leogaido »

Hello fellow Roland users!

Could you guys help me out? My Roland XPS 30 suddenly went out of tune during a performace, Im not stupid I checked and the keyboard is on A440. I couldn´t figure out what was wrong until I tried to play using VST, when I checked the MIDI monitor it said that the pitch bend was sending signals all the time. How may I fix this, is it a software error or should I replace the pitch bend? Ive sent emails to Roland but haven´t heard back from them. I love the keyboard but honestly I just bought it a couple months ago and I´m still paying for it and it´s already failing. Since Roland hasn´t said anything about it I plan to fix it on my own, so could guys lend me a hand? If what I need is a replacement pitch bender, how may I acquire one?

Thank you for your time! And I apologize if its poorly written or anything, English isnt my first language :)
