Control pedal controls pitch bend -- how?

I want to use my control pedal as the pitch bend for a patch where I have no fingers free to manipulate the DS's pitch bend joystick.

Seems like this should be easy but I can't figure it out. Can anyone walk me through the necessary patch edits, please?

I am afraid is not possible. This setting is available on the PEDAL section of the SYSTEM menu, but the options does not include PITCH BEND.
