Unexpected Notes Sticking?

I have had two situations during live performances where my Juno DS-61 suddenly behaves as though every note I play never releases. In one situation I actually quickly power reset the keyboard mid-song, and in another situation I pulled the sustain pedal out of the HOLD port in the back. In both cases the problem didn't occur again. Has anybody experienced this?

I discovered the problem. I had inadvertently changed the switch on my Hold pedal from "press to hold" to "press to release". Until I pressed the pedal for the 1st time after power up the DS61 worked as expected without a pedal. However, as soon as I pressed the pedal the 1st time the "sustain forever" mode was enabled. The first time it happened I did a hard reset on the DS61 (reverting to normal mode until the next pedal press) and the 2nd time it happened I pulled the sustain pedal cable from the DS61 (fixing the problem).
