Problem with Logic Pro X

Since a couple of days ago I've been experimenting a weird problem with my JunoDS when connected to Logic Pro... some keys in the JunoDS appears to fire commands on the LogicPro. For example, if I add a MIDI track and press A2 then Logic Pro windows size shrinks... if I press G2 then restores to the original size... more over, the MIDI track is not recording anything below C2... and that is even ANOTHER weird issue, because when I play C3 Logic Pro records it as C2.

Anyone having this same problem ? I made sure that JunoDS DAW controller is not selected as a valid MIDI input, and if I use another program like NumaPlayer, it works OK and keys are recognized in the correct octave.
