Shift button

Post by runningman67 »

Does anybody use this for any functions. Are there any other hidden features that we may miss or aren't in the instructions ?

What I use it for all the time is: init the sound - shift+patch if irc. And quick scroll - shift+button of choice.

I am sure there are quite a few more uses, especially whith plug-out variants that has odd controlls.

For Roland keyboards, think of the shift button as you would the right click on a PC mouse. Opens up options.

A massively useful function is SHIFT+ and knob or slider to show on the screen the current value of that knob or slider you moved.
