Can RD2000 sample sounds?

I can’t find this information anywhere, but can the RD2000 playback samples?

If I can be so bold to suggest you check out the manual... page 25.
RD 2000 plays WAV audio files from a USB drive. (it isn't going to trigger samples like the FA series, etc)
