One key is mute

Hello, I have a year old RD-88. Everything has been going just fine but today the middle b (B3) key has suddenly gone silent. I’ve switched it off and on, tried connecting to an amp, twiddled everything but to no avail. It won’t respond to the ‘split’ either. Help please!

First thing I would try is a factory reset.
