New MC 101 = Subscription?
I recently bought an MC 101 and about to get a second one to replace my MC 707, I understand from another forum that the registration of the new Groovebox does allow me to get a year Zenology Pro Subscription? If os where because in the Roland Cloud ( registered already ) I see no Free plan upon registration of my unit.
Any tips?
Thanks

Hi, AlanCodger! Brian from Roland Cloud here. There is a promotion for ZEN-Core hardware called ZEN-Core Fully Loaded that unlocks the membership. Here's the information page for the promotion, scroll down for the link to register your hardware and redeem the membership. Feel free to reach out to me direct if you need assistance. Thanks!AlanCodger wrote: ↑20:03, 19 October 2021 I recently bought an MC 101 and about to get a second one to replace my MC 707, I understand from another forum that the registration of the new Groovebox does allow me to get a year Zenology Pro Subscription? Re: New MC 101 = Subscription?
HI and thank you for your reply.
Sadly it returned me an error while registering my 2 Units on the link you gave me such as 'Unable to register. Please contact customer support'
Mind you I already have succesfully register One MC 101 to the Backstage but I find these separate registrations confusing, on the Roland Cloud Activation link I see the KEY number which I don't hink I have OR ever being sent from the Backstage registration which is the main assistance for the hardware I believe.
How can I sort this out?
Thank you for your assistance

Hi, AlanCodger! Yes, I can assist with this. The separate registrations are for different things. One registration is for the warranty of the hardware, and the other registration is for the activation of The Roland Cloud content on your Backstage account. I'll reach out and connect with you direct to assist on activating the content for you. Thanks!AlanCodger wrote: ↑10:26, 31 October 2021 HI and thank you for your reply.

Hello,
I recently purchased an MC-101, and have registered via this link you provided, but not received an e-mail to get a year's subscription. It is a new account and new MC-101.
Please could you advise?
Thanks,
Scott

Hey, Alan! On the page listed in the promo, there is a Key option and a Serial Number option. Have you tried both to register your hardware? I did add the promotion to your account as well. Are those bits working for you?AlanCodger wrote: ↑17:53, 8 November 2021Lucky.. I still got 'Unable to register. Hi Brian thanks but I must be dumb or stupid, in that promo page there is a link to direct me to the registration page made by Serial OR Key, the Key is the one that suit me best I believe, it asked for the kind of product ( MC 101 ) and the Serial behind, nothing... no information are provided from my logged account , again I managed to register the unit only forthe warranty assistance but Unless I'm doing things wrong OR not reading the proper page is still away from meBrianMcClelland wrote: ↑01:27, 12 November 2021Hey, Alan! Hi, Alan! Once the promotion has been added to your account, the content listed on the Zen Core Fully Loaded promotion page (the hardware coded Lifetime Keys for SDZ001-SDZ046) can be downloaded from Roland Cloud Manager. To locate the hardware coded Lifetime Keys, head to the hardware section on the left column of RCM, then select the MC-101/707 in the top row. From here, click on any of the SDZ001-SDZ046 packs to view the product page, then click the Get Lifetime Key to download the pack. Thanks!AlanCodger wrote: ↑22:10, 14 November 2021Hi Brian thanks but I must be dumb or stupid, in that promo page there is a link to direct me to the registration page made by Serial OR Key, the Key is the one that suit me best I believe, it asked for the kind of product ( MC 101 ) and the Serial behind, nothing... no information are provided from my logged account , again I managed to register the unit only forthe warranty assistance but Unless I'm doing things wrong OR not reading the proper page is still away from meBrianMcClelland wrote: ↑01:27, 12 November 2021Hey, Alan!
