I have not been using them for a while, but when yesterday I got back to Roland VSTs such as JUPITER 8 or JX-3P I have noticed that they are unusable on both Bitwig Studio and Ableton Live running on my Macbook Pro (Apple silicon). Even when doing little or nothing, they cause peaks of performance usage that are unjustifiable, which, in turn, causes clicks and noise in the DAW.
