Cloud Manager seems to be stalled, stuck or not working.

Post by Quickloops »

Hello,

I’m using a MacBook Pro
*13-inch Mid 2010
*2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
*8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
*NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB
*macOS High Sierra
version 10.13.3

I’ve been running Roland’s Cloud Manager for 3 days straight. It hasn’t changed.
I’ve reset my modem. I’ve restarted the computer after day two.
I’ve let the cloud manager run continuously for over a 24-hour period.

Please see attached screenshot and share what you think or what you think I should do.
Be sure to see entire image. The frame doesn’t display entirely from top to bottom.
Thank you all.

Cloud Manager installs sequentially, so I'd suspect the earliest plug-in you tried to install that's stalled out.

Sign out of Cloud Manager, then quit Cloud Manager, and then look in Users/[your user]/Library/Application Support/Roland Cloud/Cloud Manager/tmp/ for something probably called Anthology-Orch-v3.rvr, assuming that's the stalled download. Put that file (and any .rvr's that you find in that folder) in the Trash, then empty the Trash.

Then restart Cloud Manager and sign back in and see if the download process proceeds.
