Updates take a long time

Hi,
Is it normal for the updates to take a long time? It seems to take a long time to return to the Manager screen once an update is installed. Is anyone else seeing this?

How long is "long", in seconds?

I guess I should be a little clearer. When I click "Update" It shows "updating" when it is downloading, which I think takes too long for the size of the files but I am assuming this is due to Roland's site. Then the install window comes up and I click install. The install goes as expected (quickly) then when I click "Close" after the installation is done it takes a few minutes for focus to come back to the Cloud Manager. I am assuming its refreshing the manager.

I'm waiting for a poly plugout for the empty slot on the system 8. This is taking a very long time.
