Update directly to 1.60 ?

In 2 weeks I receive my fantom 6 and I'd like to know if it's possible to directly update the os from 1.00 to 1.60 directly without installing the 1.10 1.50 etc...

Yes, no problem to go straight to v1.60

There is a very good chance that you will find the update already installed. Roland are pretty good at that sort of thing. You could check with your supplier.....
