There's a reason for that magnificent control surface that comes with Fantom...

Much easier to program and organize sounds using a computer.

I can (and have on occasion) proven that it's FAR easier and more direct to use a physical interface for programming/tweaking than any point/click/mouse approach. It's not even arguable, as it's been proven in countless human-factors engineering test cases. But hey ... everyone has their own favorite way of doing things, and I won't be the one to tell anyone how they must feel, lol.

Regarding organization, the Fantom could use a good librarian. We need to be able to cut/copy/paste/move Scenes, Tones, Patterns and Songs ... and to do so between multiple sets of Fantom data files. That's something you just aren't going to be able to do on the Fantom itself, and where a computer application could excel.

IMHO ... of course.

The control surface and ease getting around functions is one of the things I love about Fantom. Data management software would nice...
