Model Expansions

So, it appears that these recently released "Model Expansions" for Roland Cloud are just cloud versions of what is already in the Jupiter X, and likely not coming to a Fantom near you anytime soon. See this chart for the details.

Is this how you read it too? Anyone with further insight care to correct this or confirm it?

Pretty much how I read it too. I suspect they will eventually come to Fantom when Roland feel that users would be willing to shell out additional money for them that they want to charge and they won’t be accused of nickel and dime-ing on a $4k allegedly “flagship“ synth.

Shame, they really should just be a part of Fantom.

We have to wait. Maybe the model expansions will be free for the flagship but we have to pay for new sounds.
When we have the model expansions for free than we might be more motivated to 10 Bucks a month for the editor
