Even if both chips have the same name, I don't think AMDs ZEN is the same as Rolands ZEN Core.
This will follow the line that Roland designed their own chips in the past. And it is more likely that it a DSP and/or FPGA like chip architecture and not a PC CPU. Just my thoughts.

The AMD zen chip states in its wiki that its designed to be customized for the end user so to me your post makes sense.
