Spreadsheet list of default Xm programs, including bank and program changes.

Working the tone list now. The Roland pdfs are always painful to convert back to spreadsheets. (Adobe's fault, not Rolands.)

Sometimes takes a few passes to get all the bugs out. Let me know if you find any errors or misbehavior.

I number program changes from 0 vice 1, since most of my uses need the midi number, which is one lower.

(I have not tested the bank and program changes - my Xm has not arrived yet - I am relying on the midi implementation guide.)
