Jupiter-X patch names or Logic multi

Has anyone here created a multi-instrument with patch names and bank change info for Logic Pro X? Or does anyone have a list of the patch names in a format other than PDF? The PDF on Roland's website is password protected so I can't export it into Excel or Word. thanks!
