I took the XLR outputs into my Rupert Neve mic pres' into my DAW and I am getting a decent sound of hiss even with the volume knob down on the keyboard. No hiss sound coming from the line outs. Is anyone else having this problem?
On the line outs I am getting a 60 cycle hum however.

Is your unit connected to a computer using USB?

I have no hiss on my Xm XLRs. Both this and the 60 cycle hum are indicators of a possible ground loop problem.
Is the ferrite core installed on your X(m) power supply cable? Are all units plugged into the same outlet? Maybe add ferrite cores to all power cables. Separate power and data cables.
Google ”fix audio ground loop” for more ideas.
If none of this works, then there might be something in the board to be addressed.
