Touch voltage on the housing JUPITER-Xm

Dear Roland Experts,

I have found that when using the supplied Roland original power supply, there is a touch voltage that is very noticeable when you touch the metal housing of my new Jupiter-XM.

I would like to find out if I should be concerned about this or is this completely normal?

I would be very grateful for your support!
