Mc707 looper track out of time

Hi, I bought an mc707 recently and I'm really happy with it. I am still getting my head around it but most things are sortable. However I'm having problems with drum beats that are on looper tracks that i have loaded onto the sd card. They work fine but during the track when the beat is triggered it is very slightly late (like a flam), but seems to be fine if I stop it and play the scene individually.
Is there a setting that can fix that or is it a common fault with the mc707?
