MSB and LSB values are switching places when send via changing CLIP...!
when sent via pressing Enter on the Program Change value are sent correctly...

but it also switches the places when you send it when changing CLIPS...
well this certainly makes things much more interesting does it...
so ironic, since people in Roland in early 1980's was the first ones to initiate MIDI interface development...
