MC 707 help

Hello all,

my MC 707 arrived yesterday and I have some Questions. Google couldn´t help my find any answers.

1. Metronome Indication. Coming from the Elektron side of the moon, i am used to have my 4 LED bar measure blinking in sync with the BPM. My MV 707 seems just to blink and indicating in which bar i am. But it is not doing in in sync of my BPM.
Do i have the possibility to adjust this?

2. With the TR8S there was a shortcut to reload kit and patterns? Where do i find this option on the MC707?

3. TR Editor says "please connect device". Even device is connected. USB Driver was installed succesfully (mac 0sx 10.13 High Sierra). Any ideas?
