Can IFX parameters be assigned to knobs or sliders?

Hi to all!
Please excuse me if I am asking somthing trivial, but I am new to Roland Fantom 06.
I want to assign knobs or sliders to control parameters for IFX1,2 or MFX.
For MFX I can acces only some parameters in MFX CTRL, but not to all.
(Example: for 37:Delay, mfx control destination can be set only to feedback or balance)
Can I set CC17,CC18.. to some or all of effect parameters and assign sliders, wheel2 or knobs to change the values?
