Fantom 0 Expansion Error 😒

Hey all! I need to know if anyone has experienced this "Expansion Install Error. -1085" when attempting to load expansions from Roland Cloud. Some background:

*ALL of the expansions that I've tried to load are specific to the Fantom 0, mainly the Stage Piano and SN Ac. Piano
* Whenever I attempt to load the expansions, I get this error (see attachment)

This is a very good synth, possibly the best I've ever owned. I just need to know if there's anything I need to do on my end, or do I have to send it off.
