how to set CC value for S1

[New Fantom 06 owner here.]

I'd like to have a sound fade in only when I hit S1. I've assigned S1 to control CC73 ATTACK TIME.

1. Where do I adjust what the attack time changes to? It sounds like it's going to the maximum and I'd like it shorter than that.

2. I have S1 set to momentary. When I press it and hit a note the slow attack is activated. However, if I let go of S1 after pressing the note but before releasing the note, the attack seems to revert to its original fast setting (making it sound like a sharp volume jump). Can this behavior be changed such that the change introduced by S1 only applies at the note on (and not while the note is held)?
