Switching pipe organ register sets using buttons/pads/display

Hello,
I'm considering replacing my keys (Kurzweil PC3LE6). I'm considering a Fantom 07 or a Yamaha MODX7+. So far the Fantom 07 wins.
I will be using it in a live cover rock band.
However, I will also be playing in a Catholic church at some point, and that's where the switching of pipe organ sounds using the pads suits me best on the PC3.(Like really adding organ registers) I want to ask how many pipe organ sounds are in the keys, and if this thing can be set up on pads or on buttons, for quick switching of register sets. Or set up virtual buttons on the display.
