Notes cut out intermittently

I’m having difficulty with notes not playing. Basically cutting out while playing. When they do, the lights over the sliders do not blink showing activity and it comes back after a few dead notes are played. We installed the latest software hoping that would fix the problem. It didn’t. It seems to be getting worse, the problem is it has happened at shows which is really frustrating. I have reset the keyboard and reloaded my sounds. Within a day it’s doing it again. Has anyone else had this happen? Any help or thoughts would be much appreciated.
