How can I setup my control pedal with the Juno X ?

Hi there !!!

Im all new with the Juno X and i need a little help!

I want to use my EV5 control pedal to control my cutoff level on a particular scene.
So i assigned it in the system Menu : Ctrl : CC74 cutoff.

But i didn't find how to set up the value of the cutoff curve depart to the curve end. I tried to find it in the Juno X Editor too but im totally lost and couldn't find it. I can't hear my sound when the pedal is down, as the cutoff seems set up on its minimum level.

And an other thing : now that my EV5 is plugged, the pedal control seems to be assigned to the volume by default for all the Juno X scenes. I turned it off scene by scene but is there a way to set it up on CTRL : off for all the Juno so i can choose whenever i need it or not, without having to desactivate it each time I create a scene?
