Having an issue using the Juno-X with Cubase

Hey all

So I recently got my Juno-X and have been trying to use it inside Cubase via MIDI.

I have it setup as an external instrument inside Cubase the exact same way I have my Moog Sub37 setup. I'm connected to my Apollo x6 via XLR and USB.

When I pull up an instrument track and play the 1st scene, everything works perfectly. However as soon as I change to any new scene, I lose all sound completely and even ended up with a sort of feedback loop(?). Once I power the Juno-X off and back on, everything works as it should - but then try a new scene and we're back to square one.

I have a feeling I may be missing a simple setting inside the Juno's System menu but I'm not sure what I'm looking for...
