LFO sliders as midi volume

Hi guys. In the market for a Juno-x and have a couple of questions...

- If an expansion pack is bought outright instead of rented, is it still necessary to relink to the Roland cloud every 30 sessions? (I'm thinking about the EXZ013 Grand - anyone tried it?).

- Is it possible to reassign the LFO sliders and buttons to midi volumes and program change, and if I do that, will it still be trying to edit the LFO also? I'll use the SL sliders if I have to, but it'd be nice to have external volumes close to the part volume sliders.
