Roland MV 8800

Post by pjblues »

Thanks to some great feedback from this forum I am starting to learn the MV 8800. It is not that difficult in many ways, I just need to understand the lingo and some of the technical stuff. I am however gettnig in the groove.

This is the greatest Groove Machine Roland has ever made. I just sold my MC 808 on Ebay. I am sure others woudl disagree but once you get inside this MV it is really a very sharp unit. I have a long ways to go but I recognize that.

This is a great forum and I will still have lot's of questions about the unit as well as intefacing the Juno G and V-Synth XT into if.

Thanks everyone.

MV-8800 is a real beast, I wish I had one! Coupled with XT, it's a superb setup, I am not even talking about the Juno-G here... Congrats!

Thanks Artemio, I think you will be replying to my questions since I am such a beginner compared to you.
