New MV-8800 owner :-)

Post by JUKE179r »

Hey ya'll!!! I recently purchased 2 MV-8800's off of eBay for dirt cheap! 1 was for $430 and the other was for.... wait for it... $250! The $250 MV-8800 supposedly has problems with the audio connections on the rear which should be an easy soldering fix if need be.

Because of these 2 new purchases, wifey says I got to sell my other 2 MV-8000's. Oh well... lol

There's some bargains to be had with these nowadays,I can't believe the price you guys got these for, what a steal.....

if anyone is still doing hardware Midi sequencing then the MV8800 is the dogs nuts, shame Roland never carried on the MV line further, whislt the 8800 is an awesome machine theres a lot that could be improved on to make it even better,I haven't used mine in such a long time but will never sell it.

I love my two as well. Even just for recording audio - it's a breeze and no noise to deal with. Doing vocals on computers a pain in the butt.
