Roland MV-9000

OH WOW! "It maybe True" ??? "I have the 2016 NAMM Prototype Foto !
**NOT** !
... "I had to make my own Photoshop PIC to Imagine"... LOL :)

*** But I'm sure alot people hungry for a Standalone Hardware ***
Roland may not need to compete with AKAI & NI MASCHINE controler's. But a Stable unit, with all the spec from Roland MV-8800 and FANTOM G. Why not Roland expand there MV-SAMPLER concept designed further and beyond?

**WE CAN ONLY DREAM**

SPEC:

DVD: DVD-RW, & CD-RW
micro SD-XC
USB 2.0 /3.0

Poorly made mockups. But I guess everyone would welcome a new MV, right?

A good used MV8800 was on my Christmas list until I saw this topic. Think I'll wait for a while. I'd be one sick parrot if I were to blow five hundred quid then see a new Roland standalone hit the streets. :)

Too late Roland. I've invested in software instead.

Roland is asking all the wrong people for what new products they should come out with, and all they need to do is come out with this so called MV9000, with the damn MV8-0p1 installed, and the interface updated, to crush garbage NI maschine or akai, and it will be roland's most top selling product! I hit their R&D engineers up in Japan every day telling them to do the dam thing with the MV9000, and to stop Bullshi..... I mean christ, all they really have to simply do is just re continue the 0P1 expansion. I got the MV8800, and maschine mk1 when it first came out, didn't like the maschine mk1 at all, and just gave it to my son. I don't even like the new maschine studio, is just a fancy version of MK1 and MK2. MV8800 nation for life. We all need to start up a petition or something, to make these MOFO's make the MV9000 happen, i was very disappointed to not see at the Feb 3rd 2016 Roland NAMM show, a new MV9000 unveiled, but they unveiled 100's of other roland and boss products, all except the one single machine we all wanted.

MV Killer - ??AKIA MPC X??
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=53387&p=301108#p301108

**REMINDER**
"The Roland MV-8800 had Audio Tracks, a Color Screen/VGA Output Color, Input Mouse Control, Digital input/Output and Time Stretching 10 years ago" !!!

~ It's not even close to MV KILLER, The NUKIA MPC X seem to be missing stuff in the back? I don't see even a HDMI Output or VGA OUT? - **How about HDMI Touch Screen Output Control** ~ **SO MUCH FOR Modern MPC in 2017**, Don't even see a Digital Input/Output? Yeah the Touch Screen Cool, but then again there's Touch Screen Tablets and Touch Screen Laptop's now. SO what did NUKIA make so New??? Okay I give them credit to ReBoot the sorta ??? The Hardware Sampler Drum Machine Market ?????? LOL **Yeah Right**! --> MPC = (Music Production Console) / MPS = (Music Production Sampler) :/

Hint Hint to ROLAND if your listening!!!

And by the time Roland comes out with this new so called sampler, hell will freeze over first, so don't waste your talent, and leave your ideas floating in the dead zone, due to waiting on the engineers in japan, Roland hopped all over the pocket synth movement, no matter what they unveiled at Namm, none of that Shyt will sell more then whenever the hell they finally release a new sampler, my only guess is that they waited on Akai, and Ni, and whoever else first, so they can top them all, well until whenever that may be, I'll just use my 8800, FL studio, and Ni s49, and my records, are all i need anyway. A true musician makes good music no matter how old or new the instruments or equipment are. P.e.a.c.e

What's the issue with the 8000/80 ? I upgraded mine with a DVD drive, 120 gig hard drive ( still not sure why a sampler with 40 gig standard is complained about) And maxed ram. Cost me less than $500 Australian. Sitting waiting for something that won't happen is laughable. Mine is used in conjunction with my akai s900 and a Yamaha A5000 sampler. Insane midi capabilities, mad pads, some of the best timestretching algorithms the list goes on. The funniest part was reading all the MPC heads going on about the swing factor with the MV, but its swing and quantize features far surpass the MPC, it's just that people want to hit the swing button and turn a knob.

Couldn´t agree more!

If you know your way around the machine you can get some rad grooves out of it. In fact, the mighty swing/quantize feature is one of the main reasons why I love the MV so much!
