Hi all,

I have an MV-8800 that I use and love daily. I am just curious if there are certain brands of 1gb RAM cards that will work with this machine? I have a 512 installed that works flawlessly, but heard that 1gb tend to cause problems? Is that the case or is that due to maybe certain brands not working? Does anyone have a 1gb RAM installed in their MV-8800 that works as it should?

Me personally, I like using Kingston RAM.
But like you stated... using 1GB of RAM in the MV makes it very unstable. Lots of glitches. I tried 1GB for about a week and went back to the 512MB stick of RAM.
