Dan said Roland was working on a revolutionary new "zero noise" analog-to-digital convertor for the next Roland Connect release. It puts all of the dithering noise in a frequency band so high that it's no longer audible to humans. In fact, all of the annoying artifacts of digital music--such as aliasing and harmonic distortion--are shifted so high in frequency that only dogs can hear them!
Dan says the new ADC is "the most beautiful thing you've ever heard." But there is one slight problem. According to Dan, "it really annoys the dogs."
