Sys ex. for individual JV preset patch banks?

Post by Noteman »

I am trying to load the JV-1080 presets into a librarian, but don't have a unit with me. Unfortunately, the common editor software such as ChangeIt! or SuperJv can't read bulk data files (at least I haven't figured how to do it) so individual bank files are what I need to rely upon. Does anyone know where I could find the original patch banks as .syx, individually?

I don't have a JV-1800 but try here (it has the purported factory banks and patches in .syx)

Unfortunately the presets are stored in bulk there, editor won't recognize the bulk data. Perhaps someone could upload the preset patch bank A, that would be enough for me. I couldn't find the banks anywhere in the internet.

Or maybe there is a way to read that bulk data? I haven't figured it out for sure... (I even tried the MidiQuest to no avail).
