Why settle for ONE Roland synth ...

Post by GilgaFrank »

... when you could have two?

System-8 just arrived. Extra tier for the keyboard stand on order so it can join the JD-XA.

I like this synth very much! I love the JD-XA but I'm quite happy to cheat on it with the System-8. And the studio will look a lot better when the K&M stand extension arrives next week so the two Rolands go on the stand, the modular goes into a pair of neater cases, the DSI Prophet 08 goes on a stand shelf and the MS2000 gets sold.

Funny, I just did the same thing! :) I'm really loving the System-8 more than the JD-XA but they are both some of the best Roland equipment I've owned in a long time. Also in the room: GAIA, System-1 (for sale), MX-1, TR-8, Juno Stage & Teenage Engineering OP-1 (my absolute favorite piece of gear I own!) Enjoy yours!
