Hi
Is there an option that D-05 can work in GS mode?

Thanks

The D-50 was released in 1987, and the General MIDI specification wasn't released until 1991.
The D-50 doesn't meet the required abilities, either. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_MIDI

I doubt it to be honest.

It's meant to be a replica of the D-50 and as mentioned above, it predates GM and GS in terms of what it's emulating.

From what I have seen on the one I played around with recently, the sound structure doesn't follow the GM or GS standards.

Maybe you could consider something like a Sound Canvas module if you're after GS compatibility. Should be dead cheap these days....
