The new Fantom's sounds, UI/UX are excellent. However, it lacks all of the linear recording capability of the Fantom-G (no 24-track digital audio recorder to RAM).

No. For the same reasons there is only an XR (i.e., no 'XR-G'), and a Yamaha XS (it would cannibalize sales of the keyboard versions).
