Re: Anyone has the new login issue?

Same here. It went through, however, when I instanciated a plugin in my DAW, then inserted my data in the window nagging about the authorization. This was several weeks ago, now the problem is back with the same symptom and my older trick no longer works. If this ever happens in a location where the...

Re: USB Midi Driver not working OSX 10.14

I've installed the 10.14 driver, configured the XM to "Vendor" mode. Audio interface is working, but MIDI device does not appear (not registering). Have tried uninstalling, reinstalling drivers. The driver is of course not blocked, since the audio interface part is working perfectly. (And...

Re: Roland fantom ....What’ s next for 2.00 update ?

The ability to function as an Aira link master! Thank you. That is essential to lessen the live cable spaghetti. I think that has been added with 1.6 Pete I think only slave mode was added. If I'm wrong, please tell me where to activate the Fantom's master thingy, as I cannot find anything related ...

Re: Patch remain funtion?

From the Reference Manual, online only. (The only hardcopy manual is a minimal overview.) The “Tone Remain” function, which maintains continuity of the sound when you switch sounds, operates on PART 1–4 (the area within the dashed line). However, if the RD or VOCODER model (selectable only for PART...

Re: Strange Noise

Sound like what I had in mine, and unfortunately, it's a hardware issue. There's something with the noise routing, and they probably need to change one board. Mine had that and luckily it appeared during the warranty period - but the fix shouldn't cost an arm and a leg.

Patch remain funtion?

Hi. I seem to have lost the manual, but is there a Patch Remain function in Jupiter Xm?

The ability to function as an Aira link master! Thank you. That is essential to lessen the live cable spaghetti. (Also, if there ever is a possibility to hook up a USB audio interface to expand the number of outs, it'd be great, but I don't think this will ever happen.) Sample keymap with a round ro...

Re: Update v1.11 released

Dear Roland, how about the Aira connectivity through USBs in the back thank you. After seeing the past two updates, I wonder if everyone else is using their expensive Fantoms in their home studios and doing sequencing only on them and NOT using the gear on stage. Is Fantom part of the Aria line? As...

Re: Bugs Thread (Hardware/Firmware/Software)

Aftertouch is completely broken on the 8. Not only does it require immense pressure that will break the keybed and injure your hands to activate resulting in a hard 0-128 instantly with no slope, it requires even more pressure when more keys are being pressed! Some calibration tools and options in ...

Re: Fantom 6 locked up

I recently had a possibility to use a Fantom 6 belonging to a friend - I've owned a 7 since the very first days of release, so I had a lot of experience to back me up. That particular F6 felt, well, odd. Nothing wrong with the keyboard or the controls, or the screen, but the OS felt... different. Sl...

Re: Fantom 6/7/8 Firmware V1.10 Is Out

Update: good. The features: hmm. I have some really hard time believing that was what people really were requiring from an update, apart from some loud people using only the internal sequencer for whatever reasons - and grasping that idea is beyond my imagination, as my setup is concentrating on som...
